Terms of Service

01Using the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement, or use the Services with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the device, internet access, and other resources needed to use the Services.

02Accounts and Sign-In

Some features, including saving designs, adding a design to a cart, and placing an order, require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Google and Facebook sign-in are optional ways to access your YMORL account; those providers do not become a party to these Terms.

03Bracelet Designs and Product Information

The design studio is a visualization and customization tool. Screen colors, bead patterns, scale, texture, and placement may differ slightly from the finished product because of display settings, natural material variation, manufacturing tolerances, and photography. Natural stones and handmade components may vary in color, markings, shape, and size. These variations are part of their character and are not necessarily defects.

04Prices, Availability, and Orders

Prices and availability may change before an order is submitted. The order review and payment pages show the amount presented for purchase. An order is subject to acceptance, payment confirmation, inventory availability, and our ability to fulfill it. We may contact you, reject, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or an unfulfillable design. If a canceled order has already been paid, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

05Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal or another payment provider identified at checkout. Your use of a payment provider is also governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices. You authorize YMORL and its payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout, including applicable shipping charges and taxes. We do not store your PayPal password or full payment-card number.

06Shipping, Returns, and Order Support

Shipping estimates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier, customs, address, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please review delivery details before ordering. Return, refund, repair, and other order-service requests are evaluated according to the information shown with your order, applicable policies, the condition and customized nature of the item, and mandatory consumer rights. 07Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access; interfering with security or operation; introducing malicious code; scraping or automating access in a way that burdens the Services; impersonating another person; using fraudulent payment information; infringing another person's rights; or using the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

08Intellectual Property

The Services, including YMORL branding, software, interface, text, graphics, and other content supplied by YMORL, are owned by or licensed to YMORL and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain rights you hold in content you submit, and grant YMORL permission to use that content only as reasonably needed to operate, fulfill, secure, and support the Services.

09Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services such as Google, Meta, PayPal, analytics providers, and shipping carriers. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies. To the extent permitted by law, YMORL is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

10Service Changes and Account Suspension

We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Services, comply with law, address misuse, or enforce these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

11Disclaimers and Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," and YMORL disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YMORL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful in your jurisdiction.

12Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how YMORL collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information, including information used for Google or Facebook sign-in.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, business practices, or legal requirements. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

14Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to YMORL's operation, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or rights available to you where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
